Mezcal Sour

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Montelobos Mezcal

  • 4 oz. Lemonade

  • 1 oz. watermelon juice

Steps

  1. In a cocktail shaker combine mezcal, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white.

  2. Shake until foamy, then add ice and shake until chilled.

  3. Strain mixture into glass and add dashes orange bitters.

  4. Enjoy!
