Gin Basil Smash
Ingredients

50ml Heindrick’s Gin

25ml Fresh lemon juice
-
12.5ml Sugar syrup

8 Torn basil leaves

Cucumber Wheel
Steps

Add basil to bottom of cocktail shaker and muddle gently.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shake hard over ice. -
Strain over an ice-filled rock glass.

Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
