Contadini "Crudaiola" Artichoke Hearts in Extra Virgin Olive OilSmall, tender and tasty, these artichokes are of the so-called "violet" type. Cultivation takes place starting from October, while harvesting begins in April. Its processing takes place within eight hours of freshness. It is very tender, it is just defoliated and turned manually with a small knife. Immediately afterwards it is poured into extra virgin olive oil. No other condiments or spices are added, to maximize the unique taste of this product. They can be used to enrich an appetizer or cold rice together with other Mediterranean vegetables.
Also excellent on pizza, they have a natural flavor and are very crunchy, so they can also be sautéed in a pan to enrich a hot dish. This unique characteristic, crunchiness, makes them a truly sought-after product! One pack contains 8-10 artichokes

Contadini Big Appetizer From Salento (Mixed Vegetables)The vegetables that make up this dried appetizer are grown in the open field on our company from April to May, and harvested manually from June to September. They are washed, sorted, cut into slices and left to dry on the frames for 3-4 days.
Even today we carry out all operations within the farm and manually, as our grandfather taught us and as we hope to teach our children. Only in this way are times respected and the great qualities of the products of our land preserved.

Contadini Sundried Cherry Tomatoes in Extra Virgin Olive OilCherry tomatoes are grown in April and hand-harvested in July. All phases take place within our farm. The tomatoes are harvested, washed, sorted, cut manually, salted and dried for 4-5 days on the frames. Then they are selected, washed and seasoned with Mediterranean spices and jarred in extra virgin olive oil. Today we still use this traditional method which was handed down to us from our grandfather. And to obtain 800g of dried cherry tomatoes, you need around 10kg of fresh cherry tomatoes and over 130 hours of processing!

Contadini "La Dolce" Cherry Tomato PassataFor La Dolce we use the cherry tomato, which is characterized by its intense red color similar to purple and its sweet taste. This tomato produces a puree with a fine consistency and a delicate, particularly sweet flavour. It is the puree that everyone likes, even children, it can be used in classic first courses, but also in meat-based second courses.

Vegetables that are dried naturally in the sun, and then processed by hand. Tomatoes, onions, capers, olives in a single blend, seasoned and jarred with extra virgin olive oil.
